Honestly, I like these books. I really do. But I SWEAR TO ALL THAT IS HOLY the amount of just absurd and completely unwarranted/unnecessary antagonism that the protagonist is shown by basically everyone in power (other than Vance), is ridiculous. I almost can’t get past it. Everyone hates her and are constantly suspicious/angry/acting like fools for literally zero reason. Anyone with half a brain could put two and two together and realize she’s not the problem and 98% of all their issues would be solved if they’d just talk to each other. But no. Anyway, other than that I thought it was a pretty good read. 🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸
This was a great group of books. I am going to read the rest of the group. The only thing I wish these fantasy didn't say anything about God, Jesus, and hell.
