I am, at 81, the last surviving Master of Ceremonies, who served at the altar of St. Faith, Cowes, Isle of Wight, when Rev. E.C.R.Lamburn was the Vicar, for over twenty-five years. I was given a personal copy of the Ninth Edition, by Rev. Lamburn. I have now purchased several copies of the Eleventh Edition, as gifts to my friends, some of whom are priests and all of whom serve at the altars of churches of the Anglican Communion. This is a good and thoroughly researched book, which should be in the possession of every Anglican priest, Eucharistic minister and altar server. It is still used as the principal handbook of Anglo-Catholic Churches, world-wide. I commend it to all who worship in the traditional manner.
I'm a liturgy junky and I'm just replacing my copy which disappeared a few years ago.
